Returns and refunds

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your STATIC SWIM™ purchase, you have up to 15 days after receipt of your product(s) to receive a full refund.

To do so:

1. Your purchase must be unused and in its original condition.
2. All parts must be in their original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your shipping invoice with your return package.
4. Send an email to contact@staticswim.com indicating the return package tracking number, courier’s name, your name, and your original order number.

Upon receipt of your purchase in good condition, STATIC SWIM™ will then issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
